MEET LAEL HAMILTON, OUR ADVISOR

Lael is a Mechanical Engineer who has held leadership roles in CPG organizations, Kraft Foods and Con Agra Foods with responsibilities for $B+ brands. He currently serves as Packaging Engineering Manager at The Kroger Co., overseeing a team of accomplished Packaging Engineers, supporting 100+ new product development projects across 33 Kroger Manufacturing plants spanning Dairy, Bakery and Grocery verticals. Lael is often called upon to lend his expertise to Kroger Licensed Product, advising co-packers on their packaging capabilities. Lael is the proud patent owner on product evacuation from all Miracle Whip/Mayo inverted squeeze bottles.

Outside of work, Lael also serves as a Board Member with AIBI CS while serving as a Committee Member on PPCFT and Adopt a School.
